Distilled Spirits Council of the United States Announces New Robust Savings and Solutions Program for Members

Program designed to help small and midsize companies save on business expenses

WASHINGTON, DC — The Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) today announced the launch of a new members-only discount program, providing members with sizable savings and smart solutions small and midsize companies can leverage to optimize day-to-day business operations.

“America’s small- and mid-size distillers and supply chain partners are the heart, soul and economic vitality of the spirits industry in this country. Unfortunately, they’re also among the hardest hit as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic turmoil it caused. That’s why we’ve partnered with Gallagher Affinity to help our members save on everyday business expenses through this new Savings and Solutions Program. Every penny saved is one invested back into the men and women who distill our favorite spirits — and who rallied to produce thousands of gallons of life-saving hand sanitizer for the heroes on the front lines of this pandemic,” said Chris Swonger, president and CEO of DISCUS and Responsibility.org.

Through this new program, DISCUS members can access at a discount a wide range of travel services, shipping, office supplies, insurance, and professional and small-business services.

DISCUS selected Gallagher Affinity as its affinity partner for its extensive network of partnerships, wide range of knowledge and expertise in the industry, and ability to deliver high quality products and services.

“Gallagher Affinity’s association partners and their respective member’s success is our main focus. Our job is to align member’s needs and priorities with valuable programs they can trust.” said Mickey Herbert, Area President at Gallagher Affinity.

Vendors include UPS, Office Depot, Lenovo, The Hartford, Ascentium, and more.
