Eric is a veteran communicator focusing on policy, advocacy and strategy with more than 15 years of experience across several national trade associations. He has previously led campaigns to achieve fair taxation and sensible regulatory policy at the state, local, federal and international level for organizations including the National Federation of Independent Business, the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the American Trucking Associations, in addition to DISCUS. He holds undergraduate degrees in International Affairs and Political Science from Florida State University and a master’s degree in Communications from Trinity University.
Eric’s favorite drink? Rye Manhattan with one large ice cube.
Something you should know about Eric? “I started my career working for the Scottish National Party in the British House of Commons, where colleagues first introduced me to Scotch Whisky and it’s incredible importance to the national economy and culture.”
