Jessica Brady
Senior Director of Federal Government Relations
As a member of the DISCUS Federal Government Relations team, Jessie advocates for tax, trade, and other policies that support distillers. Prior to joining DISCUS, Jessie advocated on federal budget, appropriations, global health, and international food security, and other issues for the international nonprofit Save the Children. Jessie helped advance the goals of the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) at the U.S. Department of State through roles in multilateral diplomacy and Congressional relations. Jessie started her career working on Capitol Hill for U.S. Senator Ben Nelson (D-NE). Originally from North Dakota, Jessie holds a Master of Public Policy from George Washington University with an emphasis in Budget and Public Finance and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Jessie’s favorite drink? “Too hard to decide, but I’ve been very into perfecting a whiskey Old Fashioned lately.”
