Rocky Vazquez

Associate Counsel

Prior to joining DISCUS, Rocky worked in the Global Operations legal team at Bacardi-Martini. At Bacardi, he focused on investment strategy, brand acquisition, supply chain management, and international litigation. He has also worked in different capacities at startup and mid-size companies, including business development, manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection. Rocky has served as a law clerk in civil litigation at Podhurst Orseck, legal intern in the corporate Latin America practice at Greenberg Traurig, and judicial intern with the Hon. Jacqueline Becerra, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Rocky earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, his master’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics, and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Villanova University.

Born and raised in Miami, Rocky comes from a long line of spirits distillers dating back several hundred years to Cuba and Spain. His favorite cocktail is a Classic Whiskey Highball.
