Phil Brandon

Phil Brandon is the CEO, Founder and Head Distiller at Rock Town Distillery.  Rock Town was started as a direct result of Phil’s passion for whiskey. In 2009 Phil Brandon set out to put Arkansas on the world whiskey map and in 2010 Rock Town Distillery was born. Phil is responsible for recipe development, sales management, marketing, production operations, design, as well as repairs. Winner 2015 US Micro Whiskey of the Year in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible with a 96.5/100 rating for Arkansas Bourbon. Winner of Double Gold Medals in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for Gin and Bourbon and 94/100 ratings for Rock Town Vodka.  Phil has BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  Phil is a 5 generation Arkansan and lives in Little Rock with his wife of 35 years, Diana.
