Bob Gunter

Bob Gunter joined Kōloa Rum Company in 2008 as Chief Operations Officer and was promoted to President and CEO in May 2010.  Prior to joining Kōloa Rum, Bob served as Operations Manager with Sandwich Islands Distilling Corporation and Vice President of Operations with Hawaiian Islands Spirits, Inc. in Maui.  Bob’s previous employment in Hawaii includes serving as Employee Relations Supervisor, AMFAC Sugar (Lihue Plantation) and Director of Human Resources, Citizens Utilities Company (Kauai Electric Division).  He is currently a member of Hawaii Employers Council Board of Governors, Kaua’i Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and serves on Wine & Spirits Wholesalers Association’s Industry Access Advisory Council.  Bob has a BS in Business Administration and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson (Realtor®) in the state of Hawaii.
