How to File a Code Complaint

Complaints should be made in writing, identify the provisions of the Code in question, and provide an explanation for the basis of the complaint. The advertisement and/or marketing materials in question should be appended to the complaint to ensure that it is processed properly and expeditiously.

Complaints and any questions about the Code and any particular advertisements or marketing materials should be sent to the DISCUS Code Review Board, c/o DISCUS Code Staff Liaison via email at [email protected] or mailed to 101 Constitution Avenue NW, Suite 350 West, Washington, D.C. 20001.
