Luis Valladares

Program Coordinator

Prior to working for DISCUS, Luis worked at H&C Construction as a project manager where he oversaw various projects. He brings in experience in budgeting, cost control and project management. In 2023, he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Maryland Global Campus and plans to someday earn a master’s degree.

Luis enjoys playing soccer and exercising. He also supports the local teams in the area such as DC United.

Luis’ favorite cocktail is Whiskey Sour.”
